Terms of Service

Last updated 29 July 2026

These terms cover your Moula World account: the login, the balance, the invoices and the support that are shared across everything we run. Each product has its own terms covering the service itself, and those apply alongside these.

1. Scope

Moula World LLC operates a group of infrastructure services, currently servers.guru and buckets.ninja. By creating an account, funding a balance, or using any of those services, you agree to these terms.

These terms govern the account layer that sits under every product: one login, one balance, one set of invoices, one support relationship. They do not describe what any individual service does or what it costs. Where a product's own terms are more specific about that service, those terms apply to it.

2. Your account

An account requires a working email address and nothing else. We do not ask for your name, your address, or identity documents, and we do not verify the ones you choose to give us. You must be at least 18 years old.

Your email address is how you sign in, how we send service notices, and the only way to recover access. If you lose it, we cannot verify who you are, and we cannot give you the account back. That is a direct consequence of not collecting identity documents, and it is a trade we make deliberately. Enable two-factor authentication and keep your recovery method somewhere safe.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done with your credentials or API keys.

3. Products and their terms

Each product publishes its own terms and its own acceptable use policy, and those cover the service you are buying: what it provides, what it costs, and what happens when it is not paid for. Read the terms of any product you use.

Where a product's terms conflict with these on a matter specific to that service, the product's terms win. On matters of the account, the balance and disputes, these terms win.

4. Balance and billing

Your account holds a single prepaid balance, in Euro, shared by every product. You add funds to it; products draw from it. There is no credit and no invoicing in arrears: if the balance will not cover a charge, the charge does not happen and the affected service is restricted rather than allowed to run up a debt.

Because the balance is shared, spending in one product reduces what is available to another. A renewal in one service can leave another short. Each product tells you what it is about to charge and when.

We accept cryptocurrency, credit and debit cards, and PayPal. Cryptocurrency payments are credited once the network confirms them, at the exchange rate applied when the payment is created. We are not responsible for funds sent to an expired or incorrect payment request, for the wrong asset sent to an address, or for network fees deducted by your wallet.

Invoices are issued to the account and are visible in the client portal. Prices are shown exclusive of any taxes that may apply to you; where we are required to collect tax, it is added at checkout.

5. Refunds

Funds added to your balance are not refundable and cannot be converted back to cryptocurrency or any other currency. They can be spent on any product we run, for as long as your account is open.

This is a condition of accepting anonymous payment: we cannot reverse a cryptocurrency transaction, and we cannot verify that a refund is going back to the person who paid. If a service fails and the failure is ours, we credit your balance rather than returning money, and each product's terms say what it credits and when.

6. Acceptable use

Every product has an acceptable use policy, and they share a floor. Across all of our services you may not use them to store, host, transmit or facilitate:

We do not monitor the content of what you store or run. On most of our services we could not if we wanted to. Enforcement is reactive: it follows abuse reports, legal notices, and operational signals such as a machine attacking someone else.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account or a service for a breach of these terms or of a product's acceptable use policy. Where the breach is serious, ongoing, or unlawful, we may do so without notice. No refund or credit is due for a service disabled because of a breach.

You may close your account at any time. Doing so ends your services. Any remaining balance is forfeited on voluntary closure, so spend it or leave the account open.

Non-payment is handled by each product's own terms, which set out what is restricted, when, and how long data is kept before it is deleted.

8. Your data

Your data is yours. We claim no ownership of anything you store with us and no right to use it, beyond what is technically required to run the service you asked for.

We keep no backups of terminated services. When a service is deleted, its data is gone, and we cannot recover it for you or for anyone else. That is a privacy decision rather than a cost one, and it means keeping your own backups is your responsibility.

What we collect about you, why, and for how long is described in the Privacy Policy. Business customers who need a data processing agreement will find one at /dpa.

9. Availability

We work to keep services available and we publish a service level in each product's terms where one applies. Nothing here is a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hardware failure, network incidents and events outside our control all happen.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that a service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that data will not be lost.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moula World LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or lost or corrupted data, however caused and on any theory of liability.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your account and the services, for all claims combined, is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the limitations above apply to the fullest extent those jurisdictions permit.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moula World LLC and its officers and personnel against claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the services, your content, or your breach of these terms or of an acceptable use policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice by email to the address on your account, or in the client portal, before it takes effect. Continuing to use the services after that is acceptance of the change. If you do not accept it, close your account.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising from these terms or from the services shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions and representative proceedings are waived to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction, or you from bringing a matter before a small-claims court where it qualifies.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, including your right to bring proceedings there.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your account or these terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms, together with the terms of the products you use and the documents they reference, are the entire agreement between us.
